NOTE: A refundable deposit of £150 will be added to your booking.
- If Scout or Girl Guide Hire: the relevant minibus hire permit must be obtained in the name of the hirer’s organisation and be displayed in the windscreen during the hire
- The driver(s) must be aged 21 or more and have held their driving license for a minimum of 2 years. A copy/photo of their driving license should be emailed to [email protected] prior to the hire.
- The driver must conduct a pre-journey safety and defect check using the minibus checklist – a link to this will be emailed to you prior to the start of your booking where you can fill in and submit your answers online
- The minibus should be returned with a full tank of diesel, seat belts fitted, and clean & tidy.
- Smoking and vaping are NOT allowed on the minibus.
- If stopped by the Police, the driver is personally liable for each of the items on the check list, so please ensure they are fully checked before starting your journey.
- PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING MAXIMUM SPEEDS: 50 (single carriageway), 60 (dual carriageway), 62 (motorway) and, like all limited vehicles, minibuses are not allowed in the outside lane of 3 lane or more motorways.
