REMEMBRANCE DAY PARADE – 9th NOVEMBER 2014

Calling our Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers “Your Scout Group Needs You” to attend the Remembrance Day Parade on 9th November 2014 in Bracknell Town Centre.

Please wear your uniform; cleaned and pressed jumper/shirt, black/grey trousers/skirt, polish your shoes, iron your scarves and wear a poppy, plus if the weather turns for the worse bring a coat.

Parents please bring your children to meet your Leaders in the loading bay behind St Josephs Church (opposite Princess Square shopping mall) at 9:45 am. We will be setting out at 10.00 am to form up for the wreath laying ceremony at the War Memorial outside St Josephs Church. After the wreath laying, the parade will march to Holy Trinity Church for the Remembrance Service. The Service should finish at about 11:40 and then the parade will march back to the War Memorial where we will be dismissed at about 12:00 noon and you can pick up your children.

Parents and siblings are very welcome to come along, however please note that priority in space at Holy Trinity is given to the uniformed groups.

See you there
